ABOUT HALEYMAX

Stephen Pell holds a BS Degree with Honors in Communications from the University of Tennessee. A radio announcer for 6 years, which included writing and producing radio commercials, and professional photographer since 1974, Pell has developed and refined the skills necessary to shoot and edit video projects as well as provide commercial photography for a wide variety of clients. Our work is being shown and used in almost every state in the USA as well as in 63 foreign countries.

HaleyMAX was started in 1997 and was operated as a home office for about four years. Gradually the business grew and moved to its present location in downtown Athens, Tennessee. HaleyMAX is a member of the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce (Stephen is the 2005 Chairman of the Board), NARAS and The Better Business Bureau.
